Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website, enterop.in. They don’t cover Enterop’s product: using the product is governed by a separate written agreement that we sign with each customer. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

Enterop isn’t incorporated yet. Until it is, this website is run by its founders, Pushkar Rimmalapudi and Akshith Bathena (“Enterop”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@enterop.in. When the company is registered, we’ll name it here.

Using the website

You’re welcome to read, link to and share the site. When you use it, please don’t:

We may block access from anyone who does these things.

What the website shows

The site describes Enterop and what it is built to do. It is general information, not an offer, a contract or professional advice. Enterop is being built with a small group of design partners, so features, integrations and plans may change. What a customer receives (features, deployment, security commitments, support and price) is set out in that customer’s written agreement, not on this site.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become out of date.

The contact form

Sending the form is a request to talk. It doesn’t create a contract or commit you or us to anything. Please give accurate details, so we can reply. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content and brand

The site’s text, design, graphics, animations and code, and the Enterop name and logo, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to enterop.in. Please don’t copy the site or its design, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

The fonts on the site are used under their licences (Zodiak under the ITF Free Font License, Geist under the SIL Open Font License, Tinos under the Apache License 2.0).

Other companies’ names and products

The site mentions products such as Google Drive, Slack, Jira, Confluence and GitHub to show where company information comes from. These names and marks belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean those companies endorse, sponsor or partner with Enterop, and an integration shown on the site may need to be scoped and confirmed for your deployment.

Links to other websites

Where the site links elsewhere, we don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Ideas you send us

If you share feedback or suggestions about Enterop, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for it. Please don’t send confidential information through the form or by email unless we have agreed how it will be protected.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profits, data or business. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law. These limits cover the website only; liability for the product is set out in each customer’s agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the company change. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about this website. If you have a concern, please write to us first at hello@enterop.in; most things can be sorted out quickly.
